1. Use of the App

TrendyQ is a prediction and polling app for entertainment purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account using email authentication. You agree to provide accurate information and not to share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Predictions & Points

Points, streaks, coins, and leaderboard rankings are for entertainment purposes only. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify the points system at any time.

4. In-App Purchases

TrendyQ offers optional premium features through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

5. Content

Questions on TrendyQ are generated using AI and trending discussions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction outcomes. Questions are for entertainment and engagement purposes only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or points through automated means
• Interfere with the app's functionality or servers
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages

7. Advertising

TrendyQ displays ads through Google AdMob. By using the app, you acknowledge that ads will be displayed. Premium users may have an ad-free experience.

8. Intellectual Property

The TrendyQ app, including its design, branding, and content, is owned by TrendyQ. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

9. Disclaimer

TrendyQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app. We are not responsible for any losses related to your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
